Whether you’re ready to explore TriDot on your own or want the added guidance of a coach, Coach Erin is here to help you take the first step. From setting up your account to understanding your first workouts, you’ll have the support you need to get started with confidence.
Step One: Create a FREE Account with TriDot
Start by creating a free TriDot account—no credit card required. During the sign-up process, you’ll answer a series of onboarding questions about your training history and current fitness. Be sure to complete all the questions until you reach the sample training sessions.
Step Two: Schedule Your Free Onboarding Call with Coach Erin
Once your account is set up watch your email to schedule your FREE 15 minute on-boarding. This no-strings-attached session is designed to help you get started on the right foot, whether you plan to use TriDot on your own or with a coach. Erin will walk you through your account, explain your first workouts, and answer your questions so you feel confident moving forward.
Step Three: Start Training with Confidence
With your TriDot account ready and your onboarding call complete, it’s time to begin training. TriDot will deliver your personalized workouts, and you’ll know exactly how to approach each session for the best results. Don’t worry about perfection, do the best you can as TriDot gets to know you. After 2-3 weeks, your workouts will be optimized to where you are in your training process.
And you don’t have to do it alone—join the 3 Goals Multisport Community to connect with other athletes, share your journey, and stay motivated along the way.
