Self-Coached Adaptive Training, With Team Support

A plan that adapts. A community that encourages you.

Choose a TriDot triathlon or RunDot running subscription for training structure you manage yourself—with guidance, encouragement, and connection through the Team 3G community.

You don’t have to figure out every question alone. And you don’t have to choose 1:1 coaching to belong here.

What does “self-coached” mean?

Your adaptive training plan

TriDot or RunDot provides a personalized training plan that adapts as you progress. You follow your workouts and take the lead on your training decisions.

This is a platform subscription. It does not include an assigned 3 Goals Multisport coach who reviews your training and provides individual feedback.

Your Team 3G community

When you activate an eligible subscription through Coach Erin’s referral link, your Team 3G membership is included at no additional membership charge.

Connect with teammates and coaches in the community, ask questions, share experiences, and find encouragement along the way. Community guidance is different from ongoing, individual coaching.

Choose the plan for your goals

The subscription is paid directly to TriDot or RunDot. Review the platform’s current plans, pricing, and subscription terms before activating.

A few common questions

Is this the same as 1:1 coaching?

No. You manage your training with an adaptive platform plan and have access to team community guidance. Our 1:1 coaching levels include an assigned coach and individual support.

Do I pay a separate Team 3G membership fee?

Team membership is included when you activate an eligible subscription through Erin’s referral link. Complete your team registration using the individual code Erin provides.

Can I join if I’ve used TriDot or RunDot before?

The referral route requires you to be new to the corresponding platform. You can still explore standalone Team 3G membership or 1:1 coaching with a 3 Goals Multisport coach. Previous platform experience does not prevent you from becoming a coached athlete.
