Join Team 3G

Membership is for U.S. residents age 18 or older. Membership begins after successful payment or acceptance of a valid included-membership code. The fee is $100 per membership year, paid once for that year. The current registration is for the 2027 membership year, ending December 31, 2027. New members joining in October, November, or December of any year receive the remainder of that calendar year plus the entire following membership year for the same $100 fee. For example, a new member joining in October 2027 is covered through December 31, 2028. There is no automatic renewal. Fees are nonrefundable, including if you do not use benefits, except where required by law. Please contact us about duplicate or incorrect charges.

Your membership includes the benefits described on the Team 3G page and one choice of 2027 T-shirt, visor, or hat. New members also receive a welcome packet; returning members do not receive another welcome packet. U.S. shipping is included. Welcome packets ship within two weeks. Gear begins shipping in February 2027: registrations through January ship by February 15, 2027; later registrations ship within two weeks. These are shipping timeframes, not delivery guarantees. Supply or carrier delays will be communicated.

Included-membership codes are individual, single-use, and intended only for the eligible recipient. Code members receive the same benefits. Kickstart is included once per person; Coach Erin will contact you about the next cohort. Membership does not include individualized coaching, race entries, travel, accommodations, meals, or separately priced camps or clinics. Activities, discounts, and event arrangements depend on availability and location. Treat teammates respectfully and follow safety instructions and event rules. We may restrict participation for unsafe or abusive conduct.

Swimming, open-water swimming, cycling, running, strength exercise, group workouts, and related travel involve risks, including falls, collisions, traffic, equipment failure, drowning, weather exposure, illness, serious injury, permanent disability, and death. Other participants, vehicles, water conditions, and locations may create additional risks. Participation in any activity is voluntary. I understand these risks, including risks not specifically listed, and voluntarily assume them to the extent permitted by law.

I am responsible for deciding whether I can participate safely, seeking appropriate medical advice, using suitable equipment and protective gear, obeying laws and instructions, and stopping if conditions are unsafe or I feel unwell. Membership or a group workout does not promise supervision, rescue, or medical care. I authorize emergency assistance if I cannot consent and understand that I am responsible for resulting costs to the extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release 3 Goals Multisport LLC and its coaches, employees, and volunteers from claims for injury, death, or property loss arising from my voluntary participation in Team 3G activities, including claims based on ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or liability that cannot lawfully be waived. It does not replace any separate event waiver. I understand that I am giving up legal rights and may seek legal advice before agreeing.

As a condition of membership, I permit 3 Goals Multisport LLC to use my name, likeness, image, voice, and sports-related photos and videos taken during team activities, supplied by me, or publicly posted by me on my Facebook or Instagram accounts, for team features, education, newsletters, websites, social media, and promotion of 3 Goals Multisport. I allow reasonable editing, cropping, and reproduction without compensation or prior approval, provided the use is not misleading or derogatory. This permission covers lawful use of this material after my membership ends.

For material I own, I grant a nonexclusive license for these purposes. For material owned by a photographer or another person, my consent covers my likeness only; separate copyright permission is still required. Public availability alone does not grant copyright permission. This consent does not authorize access to private posts or accounts, nor does it grant consent for anyone else appearing in a photo.

We use your registration details to administer membership, communicate about the team, verify code eligibility, and fulfill gear shipments. Stripe processes payment information; do not enter card details in other form fields. Shipping providers and service providers receive the information needed to deliver membership services. The team communities use Facebook and WhatsApp and are subject to their own privacy practices. Contact us with registration or privacy questions.
