A solid race-day checklist is a simple but powerful tool to help you feel calm, confident, and 100% prepared. Whether you’re heading to your first sprint or your tenth 70.3, use this ultimate triathlon packing list to make sure nothing gets left behind.
🎒 Triathlon Race Day Packing Checklist
🏊♀️ Swim Gear
- Wetsuit (if needed)
- Tri suit or swimwear
- Goggles (plus backup pair)
- Swim cap (race-provided, but bring a backup)
- Anti-chafe (Body Glide or similar)
- Towel for transition area
- Flip-flops or slide sandals

- Bike (checked and tuned!)
- Helmet (mandatory)
